The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Campaign Manager to join a growing and collaborative marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results for clients.
Working closely with internal Strategy, Design, Content, and Technology teams, you will oversee campaigns from initial concept through to delivery and performance analysis. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, meet agreed timelines, and deliver strong return on investment.
This role is suited to a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong understanding of digital performance marketing and campaign analytics.
You will play a key role in translating client objectives into effective marketing strategies while ensuring campaigns are continuously optimised based on data, insights, and market trends.
Experience & Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Plan, manage, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Translate client objectives into structured campaign strategies and performance plans
- Develop campaign briefs and coordinate creative development with internal teams
- Oversee campaign implementation across paid media, search, social, and content channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO channels
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Implement data-driven optimisations to maximise engagement, lead generation, and ROI
- Produce clear campaign performance reports and actionable insights for clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for campaign clients
- Lead regular Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings with clients and internal teams
- Provide strategic recommendations and performance updates to ensure campaign objectives are achieved
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver a high standard of service
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Identify new opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and client outcomes
- Contribute to campaign ideation and broader marketing strategy development
- Manage campaign workflows and timelines using project management tools such as ClickUp, Harvest, or similar platforms
- Coordinate internal teams across strategy, design, content, and development functions
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Work closely with internal marketing specialists to develop creative and high-performing campaigns
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance campaign delivery and efficiency
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practice digital marketing strategies
Technical Skills
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO
- Working knowledge of analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Agency Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs
- Experience managing lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver campaign updates and performance reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Harvest, Asana, Monday, or similar tools
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
- Highly proactive with strong problem-solving capability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex campaign activity
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience working across traditional marketing channels alongside digital
- Exposure to digital PR, content marketing, or influencer campaigns
- Experience collaborating with contractors, agencies, or cross-functional marketing teams
- Highly competent in using the relevant computer programs, Excel (advanced user) and MS Word

This role requires a hybrid working environment with Tuesday and Thursday at home with 3 contact days in the office together, building culture and teamwork, which is important for open communication in this type of role.
